Rental Terms for Dresses
1. Rental Period:
• The minimum rental period is 1 day.
• The dress must be returned no later than the last day of the agreed rental period. Extensions are only possible upon prior agreement.
2. Rental Fees and Payment:
• The rental fees are determined by the selected dress and rental period.
• Full payment is required before the dress is handed over. Accepted payment methods will be specified during the booking process.
3. Deposit:
• A deposit is required - 100 chf/dress. It will be refunded after the dress is returned and inspected for damages or stains.
4. Condition of the Dress:
• The dress is handed over in perfect condition. The customer is obligated to return the dress in the same condition.
• The customer is liable for any damages, stains, or loss of the dress during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.
5. Cleaning:
• Cleaning of the dress after use is exclusively performed by the rental provider. The costs for cleaning are either included in the rental price or listed separately.
6. Cancellation and Refunds:
• Free cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before the rental period begins.
• For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental period begins, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price will be charged.
• No refunds are provided in the event of a no-show.
7. Customer Responsibility:
• The customer is responsible for the dress from the moment it is handed over until its proper return.
• The dress must not be used for purposes other than those specified (e.g., extreme photoshoots or under extreme conditions) without prior written consent.
8. Return:
• The dress must be returned at the agreed location and within the specified time frame.
• For returns via shipping, the customer is responsible for proper packaging. Any damage caused by improper packaging will be charged to the customer.
9. Condition Documentation:
• The condition of the dress will be documented with photos before it is handed over to the customer and after it is returned.
10. Liability of the Rental Provider:
• The rental provider is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by force majeure.
• If the dress is damaged or lost before being handed over to the customer, the rental provider will fully refund any amounts already paid.
11. Other Provisions:
• The rental provider reserves the right to decline a reservation without stating a reason.
• By booking, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the rental terms.

The full rental terms must be accepted before completing the booking. By signing or electronically agreeing, the customer confirms that they understand and will adhere to the above-mentioned terms.
